Jessica Clark
Founder / Attorney – Jessica Clark Law Group
Jessica Clark is the founder of Jessica Clark Law Group, a boutique estate planning firm dedicated to keeping families out of court and conflict. Her personalized approach integrates each client’s unique family structure, assets, and budget to create plans that truly work for them. Jessica’s favorite part of her work is building lasting relationships with clients and guiding them through the estate planning process.
Born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Jessica spent her youth immersed in sports and later earned a Social Work degree from the University of Kansas, where she also served as the school mascot, Baby Jay. She obtained her law degree from the University of Denver in 2006, passed the New York bar exam, and spent a decade traveling the U.S. to advocate for families impacted by asbestos-related diseases.
In 2017, Jessica moved to Phoenix to build a life with her now-husband and transitioned into elder law and estate planning. She co-founded Chapman & Clark, balancing her growing practice with marriage, motherhood, and the challenges of the pandemic. At the end of 2023, Jessica launched Jessica Clark Law Group, where she now focuses exclusively on bespoke estate planning services.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys early morning walks, the joyful chaos of raising her two young children, traveling with her husband, and connecting with like-minded individuals in Arizona.
Grace
Paralegal and Client Care Coordinator – Jessica Clark Law Group
Grace, a Minnesota native, moved to Arizona to pursue her passion for justice and public service at Arizona State University. She graduated in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in political science and justice studies. After graduating, Grace joined the Jessica Clark Law Group as a Paralegal and Client Care Coordinator. She is now building her legal expertise as she works toward her goal of attending law school and becoming an attorney. Outside of work, Grace enjoys cooking, taking long walks, traveling, and spending quality time with her family.
Estella
Paralegal and Client Care Coordinator – Jessica Clark Law Group
Estella, a Washington state native from Edmonds, moved to Arizona to pursue her passion for marketing and design at the Colangelo College of Business at Grand Canyon University. She earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing and advertising, with a minor in Digital and Graphic Design, in just 3.5 years. After graduating, Estella joined the Jessica Clark Law Group as a Paralegal and Client Care Coordinator. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, indoor cycling (Spin), brunching, and spending quality time with friends.
